Das Zimmer ist möbliert und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Es gibt ein Bett, einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch, ein Nachtkästchen und Wandregale. Die Möbel müssen übernommen werden.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustüre befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.
Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, wo Auto und Rad abgestellt werden können. Zudem gibt es auch Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
Der Bahnhof ist mit dem Fahrrad in 6 min zu erreichen.
Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad nur 9 min.
Hier wohnen Johannes und Lam.
Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt.
