Hello!
My name is Riccardo, and I’m planning to move to Freising at the end of March for a three-month research stay at TUM. I’m currently pursuing a PhD at Imperial College London, where my research focuses on molecular systems engineering with an emphasis on plastic recycling applications.
I grew up near Venice, Italy, and moved to London for my undergraduate studies.
In my free time, I enjoy both playing and watching sports such as tennis, football, skiing, and padel. I also go to the gym regularly and like the occasional run or hike. I also love traveling, hiking, and occasionally attending EDM festivals.
I’m fluent in Italian and English, and I learned some German in school. I’m looking forward to practicing it more during my time in Germany.
I’m clean, organized, and enjoy cooking.
