Die 4.5 Wohnung ist 12 Minuten vom Bahnhof und 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Universität Miséricorde entfernt. Adresse: Route du jura 43, 1700 Freiburg.
Die Wohnung ist neu und hell mit einem großen Südbalkon von über 21 m2. Die Küche ist zum Wohnbereich hin offen. Das Badezimmer beinhaltet eine Badewanne und ist mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet. Zwei Schlafzimmer teilen sich das große Badezimmer. Das dritte Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Preis: 655frs/Monat
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, für 160 Fr./Monat einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu bekommen und einige Möbel zu kaufen.
