Ich habe von April bis September Praxisphase und möchte daher mein WG-Zimmer untermieten. Es wird möbliert vermietet und hat Seeblick, was vor allem im Sommer und Frühling sehr nice ist. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Balkon. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eins mit Dusche und eins mit WC.
Im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen. Mit dir zusammen wohnen 2 weitere, zum einen Isabel und die 3. Mitbewohner/in steht aktuell noch nicht fest. Wir legen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Es wird auch gerne gemeinsam etwas unternommen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, 2 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und damit auch zum Rewe. Durch die Nähe zum Stadtbahnhof hat man auch eine gute Anbindung zu den Hochschulen/ZU sowie anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt und der See sind auch alles fußläufig erreichbar.
