Es gibt ein freies, sonniges Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, ca. 15 qm.
Und ein Zimmer im 1.OG, ca. 10 qm. Perspektivisch kann die Person die in dieses Zimmer zieht dann in ein anderes, größeres Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ziehen. .
There is a free, sunny room in the attic, about 15 square meters.

Das haus steht recht nahe am Bahnhof in Fürstenwalde ( wenige Minuten Fuß weg) wo der RE1 fährt,
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch sehr viele in 5-10 min Laufweg.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Weg aus der Stadt raus auch recht schnell und inerhalb von 12 min kann der nächste Badesee erreicht werden
We live directly at the train station, there is a good regional train connection to Berlin (RE1, 30min to Ostkreuz) and at the same time there is a beautiful forest with the Spree right around the corner.
The next Supermarkets are 3 Min away.
Wir sind 1Bpoc - und 3 weiße Flinta Personen + 2 liebe Katzen.
Unser Gemüse bekommen wir von einer Solawi, wir teilen unser Essen, kochen hauptsächlich vegan, machen regelmäßig Plenum um darüber zu sprechen wie es uns geht, haben einen Putzplan.
Was wir nicht wollen: diskriminierende Verhaltensweisen,Mackerscheiss und rechte Einstellungen.
Wir haben alle viel WG-Erfahrung, kennen uns seit ein paar Monaten und verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen aber machen auch alle unser eigenes Ding. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören! Bei Fragen schreib uns einfach.

We get our vegetables from a Solawi, we share our food, cook mainly vegan, have regular plenums to talk about how we are doing, have a cleaning plan.
What we don't want: discriminatory behavior,"alpha Male" bullshit and right-wing attitudes.We all have a lot of shared flat experience, have known each other for a few months and enjoy spending time together, but we also all do our own thing.We look forward to hearing from you!
Das Haus:
Wir haben viel Platz: es gibt 3 Etagen, 2 Bäder (eins mit Badewanne), eine große & sonnige Dachterasse, ein Büro das gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann, geräumige Flure, eine große Küche mit viel Licht und Blick auf den Garten und mit anschließendem Wohnzimmer, ein Hof und ein wilder Garten mit Bäumen. Mit genügend Privatsphäre weil der Garten von eine hohen Mauer umgeben ist. Außerdem gibt es eine Garage in die wir eine Werkstatt einrichten wollen und Stallgebäude in denen weitere Ideen umgesetzt werden können. Das Haus ist leider nicht barrierefrei.
About the house:
We have a lot of space: there are 3 floors, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a large & sunny roof terrace, an office that can be used communally, spacious hallways, a large kitchen with lots of light and a view of the garden and adjoining living room, a courtyard and a wild garden with trees. With enough privacy because the garden is surrounded by a high wall. There is also a garage in which we want to set up a workshop and stable buildings in which further ideas can be realized. Unfortunately, the house is not barrier-free.
