WG-Zimmer (mit Balkon) nahe Stadtpark und U-Bahn Jakobinenstraße

Die Wohnung liegt etwa auf halber Strecke zwischen der U-Bahnhaltestelle Jakobinenstraße und dem Stadtpark. In beide Richtungen sind es etwa 2 Minuten (3 mit Treppenhaus). Nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Aldi, Edeka, Getränkemarkt, Asia-Supermarkt) und Essensmöglickeiten (Bäcker, Döner, Pizza ect.) sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist etwa 15 Geh-Minuten von der Fürther-Freiheit und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

The appartment is about half way between the subway station Jakobinenstraße and the Stadtpark. It is about 2 minutes by foot in both directions (3 with the stairway). Shopping (Netto, Aldi, Edeka, beverage market, Asian Supermarket) and eating options (bakery, kebab, pizza etc.) are close by. The Fürther Freiheit and Fürth Main Station can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes.

Wir leben in einer seit langem bestehenden Wohngemeinschaft, die politisch links orientiert ist.

Veit ist Sozial- und Medienpädagoge und beschäftigt sich beruflich und privat viel mit Gaming und Medien.
Alex studiert, arbeitet nebenbei in der Gastro, und interessiert sich für Bücher, Filme und Musik (Metal).
Da alle WG-Bewohnenden berufstätig sind (und teilweise nebenbei Studieren), ist das WG-Leben eher ruhig.Wir sind keine WG die ständig aufeinander sitzt. Hin und wieder gehen wir aber gemeinsam ins Kino oder zusammen Essen. Ansonsten organisiert sich jeder meist selbst. Durch Schichtdienst kann es vorkommen, das Personen auch noch spät in der WG wach sind und die Küche auch mal nach Mitternacht im Betrieb ist. Gekocht wird aufgrund unterschiedlicher Anwesenheits- und Essenszeiten im Moment meistens unabhängig voneinander.

Our shared appartment has existed for a long time. Politically we are left-oriented.

Veit works in social and media education and occupies himself a lot with gaming and media (for work and pleasure). Alex is a student and works in gastronomy. He is interested in books, movies and music (metal).
Since all of the flatmates are working (and in one case studying), the live in our shared appartment is quite calm. We do not always hang around with each other. Every now and then we like to go out for food together or to go to the cinema though. Other than that - everyone pretty much fends for themselves. Because of working late shifts a lot it can happen, that people in the appartment are awake late and the kitchen might be in use after midnight. Because of different presence times for each flatmate we usually have our meals independent of each other.

Gesucht wird ein*e Mitbewohner*in, welche*r weltoffen und aufgeschlossen ist. Gerne jemand, welche*r schon WG-Erfahrung hat oder Erfahrung damit hat, Leute um sich herum zu haben.

Die 375€ Miete sind warm, also inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet.

Als WG brauchen wir von dir erstmal keinen Bonitätsnachweis. Du würdest aber gemeinsam mit uns als Hauptmieter*in in den Mietvertrag aufgenommen werden und brauchst dann entsprechend Ausweis und Einkommensnachweis oder Bürgschaft für deinen Termin bei der Liegenschaftsverwaltung, die unseren Mietvertrag regelt.

The rent will be 375 € with gas, water, internet, etc. included.

As the people you will share the appartment with, we do not need a proof of you being financially sound. But when you move in you would become one of the main tenants - equal to us - and for being added to the lease you will need your ID and proof of income or financial soundness for your appointment with the property management company that handles our lease.
