Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für einen Monat zur Untermiete. Ich hab ein neues, sehr gemütliches Bett (160x200), einen großen Schreibtisch, zwei Sessel und würde für dich in der Kommode zwei Schubladen frei machen. Die Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer, ein getrenntes Klo, eine Küche und Wohnzimmer. Du bekommst im Bad auch ein Regalfach für dich.

Die WG ist sehr zentral in Fürth. Man geht 4 Minuten zur nächsten Ubahn Station (Jakobinenstraße), 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, auch 2 Minuten zum Netto, und max. 15 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof Fürth bzw. Innenstadt.

Deine Mitbewohnis sind Hannah, Benno und Markus, alle drei Berufstätig, Mitte/Ende 20 und sehr lieb und entspannt. Wir setzen uns gerne spontan mal abends zum Abendessen zusammen oder spielen Spiele. WG Leben wäre für dich natürlich kein Muss aber eine Option.

Daten sind etwas flexibel also schreib mir gerne wie es für dich passen würde. Wir können auch gerne Facetimen falls du mehr fragen hast oder die ganze Wohnung sehen möchtest :)
