Über den Hausflur erreichen Sie die zur Wohnung gehörende Loggia mit Blick in den Innenhof. Die Wohnung inkl. Loggia wurden 2019 umfassend saniert. Darüber hinaus stehen den Mietern dieser Wohnung ein Abstellraum, ein Kellerabteil und Fahrradabstellplätze im gepflegten Innenhof zur Verfügung. Die WG wird zum 1.6.2025 neu gegründet.

Wir haben die Möglichkeit einer WG Neugründung in Fürth in einem wunderschönen Altbau Gebäude. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ca. 10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Fürth entfernt. Noch kürzer ist es in die Innenstadt und zum Park. Die WG ist mit einer Küche und Badezimmer komplett ausgestattet, lediglich unser WG Wohnzimmer müssten wir neu gestalten. Außerdem können wir in der Loggia gemeinsam in der Sonne brutzeln und einen Apérol oder ein anderes Getränk unserer Wahl genießen :)

Außer den genannten gemeinschaftlichen Zimmern sind noch zwei Zimmer frei für Euch!

Meine Name ist Sophia, ich bin 28 Jahre alt und arbeite als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in einem Forschungsinstitut in Würzburg. Meiner Leidenschaft für Umwelt - und Klimaschutz kann ich so jeden Tag beruflich nachgehen, das Thema begleitet mich aber auch im Alltag und so fahre ich zb viel Rad und Öffis. Meine zweite Leidenschaft ist Volleyball, nicht zuletzt ziehe ich nach Fürth um mehr Volleyball und Beachvolleyball spielen zu können. Aber auch beim Bouldern/Klettern, Schwimmen, Joggen oder im Gym bin ich regelmäßig anzutreffen. Wenn ihr andere Interessen habt können wir aber trotzdem gut zusammenwohnen, denn viel wichtiger ist mir in der WG gegenseitiger Respekt und ein freundschaftlicher Umgang miteinander. In meiner aktuellen WG kochen und essen wir regelmäßig gemeinsam, schauen die ein oder andere Serie, trinken eine Sektschorle dazu und pflegen größtenteils eine "open-door-policy". Selbstverständlich hat jede aber immer die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen.
