If you have your own design ideas, you may also be able to bring an armchair or the like, the room leaves enough room for it.

Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 120 qm, wurde aufwändig saniert und ist trotz zentraler Lage eine echte Wohlfühloase. Hbf., Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Naherholungsgebiet Rednitzgrund sind alle sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso liegen mehrere Schulen in fußläufiger Nähe.

Alle Zimmer haben hohe Decken und einen hochwertigen Eicheparkettboden. Es gibt ein Gäste-WC und ein großes Badezimmer mit Tageslicht und zwei Waschbecken. Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt.

Ab März 2024 wird wieder eines der beiden Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat 18 qm, ist hell und durch den Einsatz von Mustern, sanften Farbtönen und künstlerischen Details stylisch, aber dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist mit schönen Möbeln minimalistisch eingerichtet: ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit zwei Stühlen, Regale, ein Kleiderschrank und ein mobiler Raumteiler – mehr braucht es nicht. Wer eigene Gestaltungsideen mitbringt, kann jedoch ggf. auch gerne noch einen Sessel o.ä. mitbringen, das Zimmer lässt dafür genug Raum.

Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über sämtliche Utensilien des täglichen Bedarfs. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backkofen sowie ein Essplatz mit zwei Stühlen sind vorhanden.
Da wir eine Berufstätigen-WG sind, haben wir keinen WG-Anspruch. Dennoch gehen auch wir offen und aufgeschlossen durchs Leben und legen Wert auf einen freundlichen und netten Umgang miteinander ;-). Kurzum: Für Berufstätige und Referendare (es liegen mehrere Schulen in der Nähe!), die sich nach Feierabend zu Hause entspannen wollen und Energie auftanken müssen, sind wir perfekt!
