The apartment has a total of 120 square meters, has been elaborately renovated and is a real feel-good oasis despite its central location. Hbf., Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Naherholungsgebiet Rednitzgrund sind alle sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso liegen mehrere Schulen in fußläufiger Nähe.

Alle Zimmer haben hohe Decken und einen hochwertigen Eicheparkettboden. Es gibt ein Gäste-WC und ein großes Badezimmer mit Tageslicht und zwei Waschbecken. Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über sämtliche Utensilien des täglichen Bedarfs. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backkofen sowie ein Essplatz mit zwei Stühlen sind vorhanden.

Da wir eine Berufstätigen-WG sind, haben wir keinen WG-Anspruch. Dennoch gehen auch wir offen und aufgeschlossen durchs Leben und legen Wert auf einen freundlichen und netten Umgang miteinander ;-). Kurzum: Für Berufstätige und Referendare (es liegen mehrere Schulen in der Nähe!), die sich nach Feierabend zu Hause entspannen wollen und Energie auftanken müssen, sind wir perfekt!
