I will go to Namibia for a semester abroad and would like to rent my room for a Yallow year (August’25 to February’26).

Falls du also im home office oder generell viel am Schreibtisch arbeiten solltest, wäre das also ideal für dich.

Wir haben einen schönen Balkon und einen riesigen Garten, den wir mitbenutzen dürfen. Außerdem haben wir hier ein großes Bad mit Dusche und zwei Waschbecken sowie ein Gäste-WC.

Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein großer Kellerraum mit viel Stauraum und es gibt einen eigenen Fahrradraum bzw. Fahrradschuppen für das ganze Haus.

Es wäre super, wenn du bereits WG-Erfahrung und Lust auf WG-Leben hast und dich einbringen möchtest. Ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander ist uns auch sehr wichtig. Wir ziehen eigenes Gemüse auf dem Balkon und haben gerne Pflanzen um uns herum.

Du wohnst dann mit Alex, Evelyn und Jonas zusammen.
Alex bouldert und klettert seit vielen Jahren, ist viel mit seiner Kamera in der Natur unterwegs und hat seit kurzem mit dem Gleitschirmfliegen angefangen.
Jonas macht gerne verschiedenen Sport, ist immer für spontane Aktionen zu haben und an allen möglichen Themen interessiert.
Evelyn ist ein paar Tage in der Woche arbeitsbedingt in Würzburg, schwimmt gerne und ist abends eine gute Gesprächspartnerin.
