Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Einzellbett, Tisch und Kleiderschrank. Es muss also lediglich eine Matratze und ein Stuhl mitgebracht werden, sowie weitere kleine Möbel bei Bedarf. Es gibt ein großes Fenster, woraus man auf die Stadt und etwas Natur blicken kann.

Wir befinden uns im Stadtteil Horas in einer eher wohlhabenden Gegend bzw. Straße. Es wohnen hier vor allem Familien und ältere Menschen. Deswegen ist dieses Viertel auch sehr ruhig. Nichtsdestotrotz gibt es hier alles, was man braucht, in der Nähe: Aldi, Teegut, Apotheke, Post, Bäckerei.
Zur Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten, mit dem Bus zum Stadtschloss ca. 10 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man deutlich schneller unterwegs. Zum Hauptbahnhof gibt es direkte Buslinien. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man von uns aus zum Beispiel am Bahnhof.
Zur Hochschule kommt man zu Fuß in 30 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad dauert es 15 Minuten und mit den Bus 25 Minuten.

Unsere WG besteht derzeit aus drei Frauen. Zwei davon werden bald ausziehen. Unsere Wohngemeinschaft lässt sich als freundschaftliche Zweck-WG am besten beschreiben.
Patrizia, die hier während ihres Bachelors wohnen bleiben wird, studiert an der Hochschule und arbeitet ab und zu in der Bibliothek.
Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme im Alltag. Unsere Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr ist ebenso wichtig (was nicht heißt, dass man dann auch ins Bett gehen muss) und die Vorankündigung bei Besuch, der länger bleibt bzw. übernachtet. Wir sagen uns auch gegenseitig Bescheid, wenn wir mal verreisen oder am Wochenende wegfahren. Bei Krankheit tragen wir in den Gemeinschaftszimmern eine Maske, da Patrizia zu längeren oder schwereren Verläufen neigt.
Insgesamt ist die WG gut für ruhige Personen geeignet, die selbstständig ihren Alltag leben und sich hin und wieder mit den anderen Mitbewohnerinnen zusammenfinden wollen.
Wir suchen also jemanden, die sich hier wohlfühlen würde und am besten schon etwas Erfahrung mit WGs mitbringt. : )

Our flat share currently consists of three women. Two of them will be moving out soon. Our flat share can best be described as a friendly, functional flat share.
Patrizia, who will stay here during her bachelor's degree, is studying at the university and occasionally works in the library.
We attach great importance to cleanliness and mutual consideration in everyday life. It's also important that we get a good night's sleep from 10 pm (which doesn't mean we have to go to bed at that time) and that we give advance notice of visitors who are staying longer or staying overnight. We also let each other know if we are travelling or going away at the weekend. If we are ill, we wear a mask in the shared rooms, as Patrizia tends to have longer or more severe courses.
Overall, the flat share is well suited to quiet people who want to live their daily lives independently and socialise with the other flatmates from time to time.
We are therefore looking for someone who would feel comfortable here and preferably already has some experience with shared flats. : )
