Das schöne Haus hat insgesamt fünf Zimmer verteilt auf drei Etagen (EG, 1. OG u Dachgeschoss). Das freiwerdende Zimmer liegt auf der 1. EG und ist voll möbliert.
Im Haus wohnen eine Studentin (22 J) und ich als Vermieterin (43 J).
Wir haben eine schöne Küche (voll ausgestattet), den Garten, das Bad, das Ess- und das Wohnzimmer gemeinsam zu nutzen.
Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller, die alle Bewohner benutzen dürfen.
Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin (Auszubildende bzw. Studentin) ab dem 01.02.2025.
Eventuell wäre eine Verlängerung der Verfügbarkeit nach dem Juli 2025 möglich.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, nah zu der Hochschule Fulda.
Das Bahnhof ist ca. 10 min und der alte Stadt ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Für uns sind die Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr wichtig :)
Wir unternehmen zusammen gerne am Wochenende, aber auch kann jeder selbstverständlich für sich was tun.
