Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zum Garten. Es ist hell durch das Fenster und den hellen Teppichboden. Es gibt ein Bett (1,40 x 2m) ,Regal und Schreibtisch.
Die gemeinsame Küche ist voll eingerichtet, hat einen Esstisch und Zugang zur Terrasse, die zur WG gehört. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen separaten Ausgang.
Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus im ersten Stock.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Stadt am Berg in einem ruhigen Viertel mit guter Luft, oft gibt es hier Sonne, während weiter unten Nebel herrscht.
Ein Auto ist nützlich, aber nicht notwendig. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 25 Min. zur HFU.
Der Winter ist inzwischen kein Problem mehr, es gibt ein paar Tage mit Schnee, aber das muss man auch mal erlebt haben!
Zur Zeit wohnt im anderen Zimmer eine Praktikantin aus Frankreich bis Ende April. Danach kann über den Neuzugang mitbestimmt werden. Sie arbeitet wochentags an der Hochschule, ist am Wochenende immer da. Sie spricht auch deutsch und Englisch.
