The house is located on the market square, a 2-minute walk from the bakery and a 2-minute walk from an Edeka supermarket.
Also the ÖPNV connection is very good, the house is located directly opposite the bus station.
The university is 30m away.

Ich suche ab dem 01.08.25 einen Untermieter/ eine Untermieterin für die Dauer von einem Semester. Unsere WG befindet sich im 2. OG eines renovierten Altbaus, die Bäder (ingesamt 2 Stk.) wurden erst letzten Herbst frisch renoviert.
Das Haus liegt direkt am Marktplatz, 2 Gehminuten vom Bäcker und 2 Gehminuten von einem Edeka Supermarkt entfernt.
Auch die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist sehr gut, das Haus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Busbahnhof.
Die Hochschule liegt 30m entfernt.

Die Ausstattung der WG ist wie folgt:
1x großes Bad: Toilette, Waschbecken mit Unterschrank, Dusche, Regal, kl. Schrank
1x kleines Bad (von uns als Gäste-WC genutzt): Toilette, kl. Waschbecken mit Unterschrank
Küche: Kühlschrank, Ofen/ Mikrowellenkombi, Spülmaschine, Cerankochfeld, insgesamt 3 große Vorratsschränke + 7 Schränke der Einbauküche
Im Keller befindet sich die Waschmaschine sowie ein Fahrradkeller.
Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein Garten, der von den WG-Bewohnern genutzt werden kann.
