Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und ausreichend Platz zum Lufttrocknen der Wäsche.
Die Hauptküche ist geräumig und voll ausgestattet, mit zwei Kühlschränken, einem Vollautomaten für Kaffee, einer Couch und einem Fernseher mit Netflix und Amazon Prime. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind ideal, um zusammen zu kochen oder einen Film zu genießen. Trotz der Größe der Wohngemeinschaft ist es immer ruhig, da nur zwei oder drei Mitbewohner jede Etage teilen, mit einem Badezimmer und einer Toilette pro Etage. Wir führen oft zwanglose Gespräche, wenn wir uns in der Küche begegnen oder beim Frühstück zusammensitzen. Jeder trägt dazu bei, den Raum sauber und ordentlich zu halten, dank eines gut organisierten Reinigungsplans, und wir hatten diesbezüglich noch nie Probleme. Das Anwesen verfügt auch über einen Garten mit überdachter Terrasse, einem Grill und Platz zum Gärtnern.
Das Bad wird auch von Männern benutzt.

This partially furnished 20 m² room includes a small kitchen with a sink, stove, and fridge. Which furniture stays can be seen in the pictures.
In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, and ample space for air-drying clothes.
The main kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, featuring two refrigerators, a fully automatic coffee machine, a couch, and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The common areas are perfect for cooking together or enjoying a movie. Despite the size of the shared flat, it’s always peaceful, as only two or three roommates share each floor, with a bathroom and toilet on each. We often enjoy casual conversations when crossing paths in the kitchen or over breakfast. Everyone contributes to keeping the space clean and tidy, following a well-organized cleaning schedule, and we’ve never had any issues in this regard. The property also features a garden with a covered terrace, a grill, and space for gardening.
The bathroom is also used by men.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit einer Bushaltestelle, die nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Der Bus bringt Sie in 15 Minuten zum Garchinger Campus und in 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn-Station über mehrere Linien. Man kann Ober- und Unterschleißheim in 20 Minuten und das Münchner Stadtzentrum in 40 Minuten mit der U-Bahn erreichen. Ein Aldi-Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle, ebenso wie ein Edeka. Die Gegend ist fußgänger- und fahrradfreundlich, mit mehreren Restaurants und Cafés in Gehweite.

The location is excellent, with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. The bus takes you to the Garching campus in 15 minutes and the U-Bahn station in 5 minutes via multiple lines. You can also reach Ober- and Unterschleißheim in 20 minutes and Munich city center in 40 minutes via U-Bahn. An Aldi supermarket is conveniently located near the bus stop, with an Edeka nearby as well. The area is pedestrian- and bike-friendly, with several restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
