Die Wohnung befindet sich im Garchinger Norden, in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 6-7 Minuten zum Forschungszentrum. Zu Fuß braucht man 4-5 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Es befindet sich außerdem in der nähe ein Lidl und ein Rewe.
Es leben aktuell 2 Studenten aus China in der Wohnung. Diese sind relativ Jung.
