Das WG-Zimmer hat eine Größe von 14 qm und liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses (ohne Aufzug). Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 60 qm (inklusive Balkon). Vom zentralen Gang ist die separate Küche, eine Abstellkammer, das Bad sowie die beiden WG-Zimmer erreichbar (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer). Der Balkon ist vom Wohnzimmer erreichbar. Ein Kellerabteil ist vorhanden und kann mitgenutzt werden.
Das Zimmer ist aktuell möbliert, wird allerdings unmöbliert vermietet. Die Möbel (ausgenommen Schreibtisch und Stuhl) sowie ein Waschtrockner können bei Interesse abgelöst werden.

The shared room has a size of 14 sqm and is located on the first floor of an apartment building (without elevator). The apartment has a total of 60 sqm (including balcony). The separate kitchen, a storage room, the bathroom, and the two shared rooms (bedroom and living room) are accessible from the central hallway. The balcony is accessible from the living room. A cellar compartment is available and can be shared.
The room is currently furnished but will be rented unfurnished. The furniture (except desk and chair) and a washer-dryer can be purchased if you are interested.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Wohngebiet Garching-Hochbrück unweit des Schleißheimer Kanal. Der nächstgelegene Aldi-Süd mit Packstation ist fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar, ein Edeka in ca. 20 min mit dem Bus.
Die nächstgelegenen Bushaltestellen sind die Heidenheimer Straße (Linie 290, 4 Gehminuten) und Voithstraße (Linien 201/202/219/290/292/294, 8 Gehminuten) mit Bussen nach München (U2), Ober-/Unterschleißheim (S1), Garching (U6) und Ismaning (S8) sowie einem Schnellbus zum Forschungszentrum. Durchschnittliche Fahrzeiten: Garching-Forschungzentrum: 20-25 min, Marienplatz: ca. 45 min.

The apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Garching-Hochbrück, not far from the Schleißheimer Kanal. The nearest Aldi-Süd with a packing station is within 10 min of walking distance, and an Edeka is about 20 min by bus.

Der Mitbewohner ist ein 23-jähriger Masterstudent in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik an der TUM. Lebensmittel werden hier und da geteilt und ab und zu miteinander gekocht. Es wird Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt, vor allem in der Küche und im Bad. Der Haushalt wird aktuell im Wechsel gemacht.
Wünschenswert wäre es, wenn du nicht scheu bist dich zu unterhalten, um ein angenehmes Verhältnis in der WG zu schaffen :)

The flatmate is a 23-year-old Master's student in aerospace engineering at TUM. Food is shared here and there and occasionally cooked together. Cleanliness is important, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Household chores are currently done in rotation.
It would be desirable if you were not shy to talk in order to create a pleasant relationship in the shared flat :)
