It has lots of amenities like a microwave, a soccer, volleyball and BBQ field outside (next to the pool),
a fitness room in the building next door + on the same 4th floor 💪, thus an excellent view from the balcony,
an elevator and
a storage room.
The room has floor heating, a desk, 3 lamps in the ceiling, LAN & plenty of electricity outlets,
a bed, a wardrobe and is lockable.
Rent would be 780€/month + ~15€/month electricity.

einen Fitnessraum in einem Gebäude nebenan + im selben 4. Stock 💪, also eine hervorragende Aussicht vom Balkon,
einen Aufzug und
ein Abstellraum.
Das Zimmer hat Fußbodenheizung, einen Schreibtisch, 3 Lampen in der Decke, einen LAN-Anschluss und viele Steckdosen,
ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank und es ist abschließbar.
Die Miete würde 780€/Monat + ~15€/Monat Strom betragen.

The location is excellent due to the parking lot for bikes and cars with Lidl & REWE <1min to walk and
a bus stop on the next public road.
The TUM campus can be reached by bike in 6 minutes.
Just one other person lives in the apartment. Oftentimes he is not here but in Poland.
He only comes here during the semester and sometimes he leaves again on the weekends.
You can speak in German, English and Polish with him.
It is a really uncomplicated, relaxed, respectful and friendly atmosphere here.
