We offer a room starting mid-November or 1. December. It would be a first sublet for 10 months, maybe with the possibility to take it longer term (that would be a different contract though). The context is that I am moving out with my partner but do not want to give away the room immediately.
The room is on the ground floor. The WC is on the same floor, the shower downstairs and they are shared with Miguel and Chiara. The room on the picture is another (on the last floor) but the size is similar. The offered room has a huge window to the garden and a private door to it.
The room is furnished and there is also a garage for storing bicycles. In front of the house a car parking lot for the shared flat is reserved. In addition, parking spaces are always available in the immediate vicinity.
In the whole house are in total eight rooms for each of us, one living room with a TV, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (two ovens, eight hot plates, microwave, three refrigerators, a dishwasher and many other gadgets), a cellar and a 212 qm garden.We also share a washing machine and a dryer.
We are located in a quiet residential area. The university can be reached by bike or public transport in 15 minutes. It takes 5 (by bike or bus) to the center (U6 Garching) to 10 minutes (on foot). There is also a direct bus connection within walking distance of 5 minutes to Ismaning or Garching-Hochbrück.
Most of us are TUM students at latter stages in our studies. We do a lot together, especially in summer. Here the terrace is perfect for barbecues, we often spontaneously sit outside or on the couch and have a drink, be it tea or a beer. Philosophical discussions arise quite often. Otherwise, there are shared food and game evenings. There are a few board games the selection of which is constantly increasing.
Therefore, the ad is aimed at people who are not looking for purpose-WG, but of course you can have your piece and quiet any time.
We speak mainly English but German is also very present. Otherwise you will be understood in Italian, Greek, Vietnamese and Spanish.
We share the common consumer goods (toilet paper, oil, sugar, salt, etc.) and use Splitwise.

We have a preference for (prospective) Master Students. Starting Bachelors are a hard no due to landlord restrictions.
