We offer a cozy room under the roof and of course use of the large, well-equipped kitchen and living room with a tiled stove as well as the terrace with garden. In principle, the whole house can be heated with the tiled stove. There is also a gas heater. There is one (1) bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet (bottom) as well as a toilet at the top of the stairwell, which is not yet marked in the floor plan.

In the living room, next to the tile stove and the sofa, there is a desk where everyone can tap their laptop to a large monitor, keyboard, etc.

The original "Holzzimmer" (8 m2) can be found in the floor plan the wooden room under "Schlafen/Bad". There is a bed, bedside table, dresser and a large shelf. Es gibt ein (1) Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine separate Toilette (unten) sowie eine Toilette oben vom Treppenhaus abgeteilt, die noch nicht im Grundriss eingezeichnet ist.

Im Wohnzimmer steht neben dem Kachelofen und dem Sofa ein Schreibtisch, an dem jeder nach Bedarf sein Laptop an einen großen Monitor, Tastatur etc. anstöpseln kann.

Das urige "Holzzimmer" (8 m2) ist im Grundriss ist das Holzzimmer unter "Schlafen/Bad" zu finden. Dort findet sich ein Bett, Nachttischchen, Kommode und ein großes Regal. Inzwischen gibt es abweichend vom Grundriss kein Waschbecken mehr - dafür oben im Treppenhaus die Toilette mit Waschbecken. Die Warmmiete beträgt dort 520 EUR/Monat.

Das Zimmer ist ab Ende April und bis mindestens Pfingsten, vermutlich bis mindestens Sommer frei. Evtl. auch darüber hinaus - aber wir würde das Zimmer gern ab und zu für ein paar Tage (meist in den Ferien) nach Absprache nutzen. Bei Flexibilität funktioniert also auch eine längere Zeit. Zum Haus gehört ein idyllischer großer Garten mit Obstbäumen und Beerensträuchern, der natürlich mitgenutzt werden soll. Vom Garten hat man einen großartigen Blick auf die Partenkirchener Dreitorspitze und die Alpspitze bis hin zur Zugspitze.

In der ruhigen Nachbarschaft kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen. Zur Loisach und zum Abenteuerspielplatz dort sind es wenige Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder zwei Bäcker und ein gutes italienisches Restaurant sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso Grundschule und Kindergarten in Burgrain.

Da wir leider nicht die ganze Zeit in den Bergen wohnen können und vorraussichtlich hauptsächlich in den Ferien da wären, freuen wir uns, Haus und Garten mit netten Mitbewohnerinnen zu teilen. Wir haben schon zwei nette Mitbewohnerin gefunden, aber mehr nette Gesellschaft wäre schön:-).
