Hey everybody,
As I’m moving out in May, I’m looking for someone to rent my room from May the 1st until August 31st (possibly extendable). I have a lovely room to offer in Ghent city centre, on Holstraat:
Who are we?
The house is currently shared by three people: Bent is a master student in architecture, doing his thesis, and Joel is a full time magician. I work a 9-5 job as an architect, so we have had very different time schedules with lots of flexibility.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a respectful person who likes to hang out and have nice evenings together but also respects others' privacy. We appreciate a responsible, tidy attitude towards shared spaces and open communication. We cherish a nice, caring home environment, so we don’t accept any kind of discrimination.
More details:
The house has a spacious living room, a small garden, a bathroom and a separate toilet. We also have a washing machine and dishwasher.
My room will be empty except for the present wardrobe.
The rent is 450€ per month excl. bills such as energy/internet.. (we currently spend about 100€ per month each on bills)
Beyond that, we do expect a (small) financial contribution with regards to the existing furniture which we share at the moment.
Important: domicile is required!
