Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten wie Strom, WLAN und Heizung enthalten. Die Möbel in dem Zimmer können nach Absprache gegen eine Ablösevereinbarung übernommen werden. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine und zusätzlich eine Abstellkammer zur Lagerung von Lebensmittel. Im Keller kann man zwei Waschmaschinen nutzen. Außerdem kann man über manche Zimmer auf den Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen für Studenten, die am Hubland Campus studieren. Ein Lidl oder Tegut sind nicht weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Metern zu erreichen.
Bezüglich Mitbewohnern handelt es sich gewissermaßen um eine WG Neugründung, da neben mir noch ein weiterer Mitbewohner auszieht und die nette Vermieterin auf der Suche nach einem weiteren Mitbewohner ist.
