Ich gehe für ein Erasmus-Semester ins Ausland und suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein schönes helles Zimmer in Gießens bester Lage. Das Zimmer ist 16m2 gross und verfügt über alles, was du für eine angenehme Zwischenmiete brauchst.
Vorraussichtlich werde ich von Anfang März bis Ende Juni weg sein.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral - bis zum nächsten Einkaufsmarkt sind es 10min, bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle 5min und zum Bahnhof ca.12min.
Mit dir wohnen werden Salwa, Michi, Andre, Sulai und Salwa. Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe Studierender aus jeglichen Fachrichtungen.
Gerne treffen wir uns sponatn beim Kochen in der geräumigen Küche oder auf dem Balkon.
Alles ein kann, kein muss.
Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
