Das ab sofort (oder später) zu vermietende Zimmer ist 12qm groß. Mietbeginn und Mietdauer ist aushandelbar. In der Miete von 250 Euro ist alles drin - auch Internet. Als kleine Kaution nehmen wir 100 Euro.
Wir sind Mitte Zwanzig bis Anfang 30 und bewohnen eine neue 2-Etagen-Wohnung (Erstbezug in Neubau) mit 176 m², davon eine 45 m² große Wohnküche mit Balkon, Einbauküche, Spülmaschine, pro Etage ein Bad (1x Dusche, 1 x BaWa), Fußbodenheizung und Dachboden als Lagerraum! Da noch ein Zimmer frei ist, vermieten wir dies für Menschen, die eine Zwischenmiete suchen.
Wir arbeiten, studieren, machen Musik, Kunst und Sport, lesen und gehen auch aml am Wochenende ins gemütliche Cafe um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Stadtteil von Gießen und man hat keinen Auto- oder Partylärm. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 3 min. zu Fuß erreicht, mit dem Bus ist man z.B. in 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
