Hallo,
Ich ziehe zum 1. Dezember aus und suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Ich möchte meine Möbel mitnehmen, also müsstest du dir deine eigenen mitbringen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat ein großes Fenster. Es ist 13 m2 groß, aber sehr geräumig und bequem.

Die WG befindet sich im Gustav Stresemann Ring in Wieseck und daher in einer sehr ruhigen und entspannten Lage. Hier gibt es sehr schöne Möglichkeiten zum Fahrradfahren, Joggen oder zum Spazieren gehen direkt vor der haustür. Mit dem Bus, den man in unter 5 min zu Fuß erreicht, hat man auch eine sehr gute Anbindung, mit der man alle 15 min in die Innenstadt gebracht wird.

Das WG leben ist sehr entspannt, man trifft sich gerne mal in der küche oder auf dem Balkon und quatscht oder kocht mal was zusammen, allerdings ziehen demnächst 2-3 Leute aus also wäre das eine art „Neugründung“.

Im Keller gibt es Möglichkeiten sein Fahrrad zu lagern und Außerdem gibt es dort direkt Waschmaschine und Trockner
