Ich gehe im nächsten Semester ins Erasmus und möchte daher mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, möbliert und befindet sich in der zweiten Etage einer zweistöckigen Wohnung. Auf derselben Etage gibt es eine Toilette, die zwar von allen genutzt werden kann, jedoch hauptsächlich von mir verwendet wird. Somit ist es eine perfekte Gelegenheit in einer WG zu wohnen, sich aber gleichzeitig auch zurückziehen zu können. Außerdem haben wir unten eine schönen Balkon, auf dem man echt gemütliche Sommerabende verbringen kann :)

I will be going on an Erasmus exchange next semester and am therefore looking to sublet my room. The room is about 14 sqm, fully furnished, and located on the second floor of a two-story apartment. On the same floor, there is a toilet that can be used by everyone but is mainly used by me. This offers the perfect balance between enjoying shared living and having your own space. Additionally, we have a lovely balcony downstairs where you can spend cozy summer evenings. :)

Die Wohnung liegt in der Stadtmitte mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr: Mehrere Busstationen sowie eine Bahnstation sind innerhalb von 3–5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Weitere Busstationen befinden sich 5–10 Minuten entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof ist in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Penny, Tegut, Müller, H&M und FitX liegt in der Parallelstraße (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Einkaufsstraße und das Stadtzentrum sind ebenfalls in 3–5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the city center with excellent public transport connections. Several bus stops and a train station are within a 3–5 minute walk. Additional bus stops are 5–10 minutes away, and the main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes. A shopping center with stores like Penny, Tegut, Müller, H&M, and FitX is just around the corner (3 minutes on foot). The main shopping street and city center are also within a 3–5 minute walk.
Wir legen viel Wert auf ein sauberes und ordentliches Zuhause, in dem sich alle wohlfühlen. Bei uns ist es eher ein Miteinander und keinesfalls eine Zwecks-WG. Oft kochen wir gemeinsam oder verbringen gemütliche Abende zusammen in der Küche. Auch zum Sport gehen wir gerne zusammen und unternehmen hin und wieder etwas gemeinsam. Trotzdem achten wir darauf, dass jeder seinen Freiraum hat und genug Zeit für sich genießen kann. Bei uns herrscht ein entspanntes und vor allem lustiges WG-Leben. :)

We put a lot of value in keeping a clean and tidy home where everyone feels comfortable. Our flat is more of a community than just a practical shared living situation. We often cook together or spend cozy evenings together in the kitchen. We also enjoy going to the gym together and occasionally do things as a group. However, we also make sure that everyone has their own space and time to enjoy themselves. Our flat life is relaxed and, most importantly, fun. :)
