Die Wohnung wurde vor vier Jahren komplett saniert.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 31qm groß und verfügt über einen elektrischen Rolladen. Die Warmmiete beläuft sich auf 477€, bis auf Wlan und GEZ ist alles inkludiert.
Weiterhin verfügt die Wohnung über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche *inkl. Spülmaschine*, ein geräumiges Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne, ein Gästebad mit Dusche und einen Abstellraum zum Wäsche aufhängen.
Das Einzugsdstum wäre der 01. Mai 2025.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Grünbergerstraße auf Höhe der Star-Tankstelle, somit ist die Innenstadt aber auch der Schwanenteich in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. An der Straße findet man meistens einen Parkplatz falls du ein Auto mitbringst, eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe.
Nun etwas über die WG: Kathi (24), Jenny (23) und Maik (25).
Kathi studiert Ernährungswissenschaften, Jenny Sportphysiologie und Maik BWL. Wir sind eine entspannte WG, die gerne gemeinsam etwas unternimmt, in der Küche zusammensitzt oder auch mal zusammen etwas trinken geht.
Da wir alle Studenten sind, verstehen wir natürlich, dass jeder von uns auch mal Zeit zum Lernen oder für sich selbst benötigt.
