Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gilching-Argelsried und ist ca. 11 Minuten von der S-Bahn entfernt. Ca. 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich eine Einkaufsstraße (Römerstr.) mit Supermärkten, vielen Restaurants, Bars und weitern Shops.
Die Wohnung ist großflächig geschnitten und befindet sich mitten im Grünen mit einer Dachterasse, zwei Bädern, Wohnzimmer und einer großen Küche. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Das vermietete Zimmer ist ca 18 qm groß. Es wird möbliert vermietet wie auf dem Bild zu sehen.
Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal mit 90€ abgegolten!

The apartment is located in Gilching-Argelsried and is about 11 minutes away from the S-Bahn. About 5 minutes away is a shopping street (Römerstr.) with supermarkets, many restaurants, bars and other stores.
The apartment has a spacious layout and is surrounded by greenery with a roof terrace, two bathrooms, living room and a large kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine are available.
The rented room is about 18 square meters. It is rented furnished as shown in the picture.
The additional costs are included in the flat rate of 90€!
