Ich habe mir heute diese besondere Wohnung angeschaut. Wirklich sehr schön, top modern und alles recht neu. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist das jetzige Wohnzimmer u. entsprechend groß. (KEIN Durchgangszimmer!). Es ist sehr hell u. mit einem schönen geräumigen Balkon versehen. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung kann vorraussichtlich bereits ab Mitte Nov. betreten werden.
Ich selbst würde das kleinere Zimmer nehmen, da ich nur alle 2 Wochen in der Wohnung bin, da ich ansonsten meine 8jährige Tochter in meinem Haus in Berlin-Hermsdorf betreue. Sprich Du hättest die Wohnung den halben Monat komplett für Dich alleine! Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich, bzw. könnte man auch gemeinsam in den Mietvertrag gehen.
Mit den 650,- ist alles außer Internet u. Tiefgarage abgegolten.
Ich selbst bin Akademiker, ordentlich und ruhig. Mit mir dabei ist mein verschmuster 11jähriger Hund.
