Die Miete inkl. kalter Betriebskosten beträgt 302,52 EUR mtl. Heizkosten, Strom und Internet werden verbrauchsabhängig abgerechnet und kommen oben drauf. Wir haben noch ein zweites Zimmer, das ab 01.02.2025 frei wird. Meldet euch einfach!
Zentrale, attraktive und ruhige Wohnlage im Gründerzeitviertel. Der Wilhelmsplatz ist ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Das neue Senckenberg-Museum befindet sich ebenfalls 150 Meter entfernt. Bis zur Hochschule und dem Stadtpark radelt man in 5 Minuten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 500 Meter entfernt. Bis zur Fußgängerzone Berliner Strasse sind es ca. 400 Meter. Lagemäßig kann man in Görlitz kaum besser wohnen und studieren.
Aktuell sind alle Zimmer an Studentinnen vermietet, das soll auch in Zukunft so beibehalten werden. Die WG-Gemeinschaft macht einen aufgeräumten und harmonischen Eindruck.
