Looking for a room for 8 months to one year

Hi, nice to meet you,
My name is Weronika, I'm 25 years old and I'm from Poland and I start volunteering in Görlitz from September. I plan to stay in this city for 8 months (but it can extend to a year). Unfortunately I don't speak German so far, and during my stay I will make a lot of effort to learn the language as much as possible.
I am a musician and I also love other forms of art, I spend my free time besides music reading books and creating bujo. Apart from my room, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking, and if there is an animal in the flat, it's not a problem because I love it!
I am a non-smoker, however this will not bother me with roommates. I value tidiness, especially in common areas, and try to take care of the comfort of others in my company.
