Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² groß mit hohen weißen Wänden und Dielenboden. Das Zimmer wird möbiliert vermietet (Schreibtisch mit 3 Schubladen, Palettenbett mit 120 x 200 cm Matratze und 2 Schubladen und ein sehr großer Kleiderschrank, siehe Bilder).
Es gibt ein Bad mit Duschwanne und Fenster, sowie eine große Wohnküche mit Zugang zum Balkon.
Der Garten kann gemeinschaftlich mit den anderen Parteien im Haus genutzt werden. Im Kellner haben wir eine Waschmaschine und zwei Kellerräume, in denen man diverse Sachen verstauen kann.
The room is about 12 m², white walls, and a boarded floor. The room will be sublet with furniture included (one desk with three drawers, pallet bed with a 120 x 200 cm mattress and two drawers, a big closet, as seen in the pictures).
The apartment has one bathroom with a shower tub and a window, there is also a spacious kitchen that we use as a living room which also has access to our balcony.
There is a garden that we share with our neighbors as well as two rooms in the basement that can be used to store things. We also have a room with a washing machine.

Die Wohnung liegt nördlich vom Hauptcampus. ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du noch schneller. Zum Uniklinikum brauchst du auch nur 5 min. Busanbindung von der Goßler- und Beyer-Straße sind in 1 bzw. 2 min. erreichbar. Lidl, Rewe, Penny und Aliman-Markt sind zu Fuß in 5 min. zu erreichen.
The apartment is about 5 minutes walking distance from the central campus, by bike even faster. It is also very close to the UMG clinic (about 5 minutes walking or faster taking the bus) and the closest bus stops are Goßler-Straße and Beyer-Straße as well as Blauer Turm.
There is a variety of close options for grocery shopping: Rewe, Lidl, Penny and Aliman-Market, nothing further than 5 minutes walking.
Wir sind Julia (28, Medizinstudentin) Linh (32, Assistenzärztin) und Marie (26, Referendarin) und suchen eine*n nette*n Mitbewohner*in, für ein lustiges und entspanntes Zusammenleben. Unser vierter Mitbewohner Jamil zieht leider weg und Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin ab Januar 2025.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, unser Verhältnis ist ungezwungen und freundschaftlich. Daher unternehmen wir auch gern mal etwas zusammen, gehen zusammen in die Innenstadt, kochen zusammen, machen ein Picknick im Garten, oder treffen uns zum quatschen auf eine Tasse Kaffee von unserem Vollautomat in der Küche auf unserem sehr gemütlichen Sofa. Es haben aber auch alle jederzeit die Chance sich in ihre Zimmer zurück zu ziehen.
Wichtig: Wir haben eine WG-Katze :) (siehe Fotos). Er ist eine sehr freundliche und verspielte Katze, aber schläft auch gerne. Die Katze gehört Linh und sie kümmert sich um Füttern und alles, du hättest also eine liebe Katze ohne extra-Arbeit für dich :D

We are Julia (28, medicine student), Linh (32, assistant doctor) and Marie (26, teacher) and are looking for a friendly roommate who wants to move to Göttingen and live with us. Our 4th roomie Jamil is moving to new place and the room would be free starting January 1, 2025.
It is important to us that living together is not just for sharing the rent :) We enjoy spending time together, possibly drinking coffee on the balcony or picnicking in our garden or parks, going to the city center or out for a stroll, but nothing is obligatory and we also always respect when people want some alone time.
IMPORTANT: We have a cat living in the apartment :) (see pictures). He is a very friendly and playful cat, but also loves sleeping. The cat belongs to Linh so she takes care of everything. Which would also mean that you could potentially have a very cute cat as a roommate.

Bezüglich der Termine zur Vorstellung/Besichtigung des Zimmer werden wir uns gerne bei dir melden, aktuell haben wir noch keine festen Termine aber das kann man ja alles per Nachricht dann absprechen :)
As for the dates when you can come visit the apartment and get to know us personally, we have not fully decided on set dates yet, but we will definitely make sure to talk about that via message or will update this text once we have more details.
