Hello, this is a temporary sublet to take over my furnished room from late march through end of May while I'm in the Netherlands. It's possible this arraingement could even be extended if wanted.

The room comes with a large bed (180cm), a desk, a wardrobe, drawers, an office chair, and a computer monitor. I have bedding and pillows on hand. The room is on the far side of the building, so it's quiet despite the building being on a main street.

(Note: I have a cat. The cat and cat paraphenalia will be gone during your time in the room.)

The flat is located on Weenderlandstr. just north of the main campus. There is a bus stop just 100 meters away. Walking to the university Mensa is 10-12 minutes.

Grocery shopping is a breeze. It's walking distance to a Rewe and Lidl and crawling distance to an Aldi and Edeka.

It's not in the city center, but with very easy connections to the city center by bus or just a straight walk or bike ride down Weenderlandstr.

English is the main language, aber Deutsch ist auch möglich.

This apartment is a chill apartment filled with three PhD students. We're all a little older, so while this is a Student-WG, it's not a party WG. If we're all hanging out together in the apartment, it'll likely be eating dinner or playing board games. The sublettor should also be interested in keeping a chill place.

Absolutely no discriminatory behavior is tolerated. Anyone that seems intolerant will not be leased to.

There is a kitchen and living room that are both shared. There are two half bathrooms, one with a toilet and the other with the shower/bathtub and washing machine. You'll get space in the shared cupboards in the kitchen for your food.

This is a temporary sublet to take over my furnished room from late march through end of May while I'm in the Netherlands. It's possible this arraingement could even be extended if wanted. The total cost is 395€/month.
