Hey, ich vermiete ab dem 20. März für 4 Monate mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in der Südstadt. Bei dem Termin bin ich jedoch flexibel (also etwas früher oder später ein/ausziehen ist möglich!)
Das Zimmer hat 18m2 und einen ca 7m2 großen Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vermietet.
In der Möblierung sind enthalten: -Bett mit Matraze
-Kleiderschrank
-Regal
-Palettensofa
-Pflanzen
Die Wohnung liegt im der Südstadt an der Stettinerstraße. Du hast 2 minuten zu Fuß einen Supermarkt entfernt, der sogar sonntags auf hat!! Eine Busstation ist direkt vor der Tür. Der schöne Kiessee und eine wahnsinns Therme sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Innenstadt bist du mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls in 10 Minuten.
Unsere wg ist eine 4er wg. Sie setzt sich aus Inga (29) Saskia (21) und Jonas (23) zusammen. Wir sind keine Zweck wg, ab und an kochen wir mal zusammen oder plauschen in der Küche. Wer aber seine Ruhe braucht, kann sich aber auch gerne entspannt in sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Alles kann, nichts muss :)
wenn Du eine WG mit netten Mitbewohner*innen in diesem Zeitraum suchst und du denkst dass alles passen könnte, schreib mir doch einfach eine Nachricht Per whatsapp, Telegramm oder hier mit ein paar Zeilen über dich und was du so tust!
