Das Zimmer ist ein typisches, gepflegtes Wohnheimzimmer, es zeichnet sich jedoch durch einen kleinen extra Raum aus, welcher als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt werden kann. Die beiden Fenster bieten einen schönen Blick auf die vor dem Zimmer gelegene Wiese und das angrenzende kleine Waldstück. Das Zimmer ist in einem top Zustand, da bei Auszug eines*r Bewohners*in die Wände vom Hausmeister neu gestrichen werden. Die Fußböden in den Zimmern wurden ebenfalls vom Wohnheim neu verlegt. Das Wohnheim wird vom Studierendenwerk betrieben, du musst also eingeschrieben sein, um hier zu wohnen. Unsere WG ist nach den Regeln des Wohnheims momentan bis zum 30.09.2025 befristet, es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung in Absprache mit dem Studentenwerk.
The room is a typical, well-kept student residence room, but is characterized by a small extra room that can be used as a walk-in closet. The two windows offer a beautiful view of the meadow in front of the room and the adjoining small wooded area. The room is in top condition, as the walls are repainted by the janitor when a resident moves out. The floors in the rooms were also newly laid by the student residence. The student residence is run by the Studierendenwerk, so you have to be enrolled to live here. According to the rules of the student residence, our shared flat is currently limited until 30.09.2025, but there is also the possibility of an extension in consultation with the Studentenwerk.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in ruhiger Lage direkt zwischen Sportcampus und Uniklinikum. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ungefähr 5 Minuten sowohl zum Z-Campus als auch zum Nordcampus, und 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Neben dem Wohnheim befindet sich ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz für Studierende.
Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Wohnheim und bietet einen guten Anschluss direkt zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt.
The student residence is in a quiet location directly between the sports campus and the university hospital. It takes about 5 minutes by bike to both the Z-Campus and the Nordcampus, and 10 minutes to the city center. There is a large, free parking lot for students next to the student residence.
The bus stop is right in front of the residence and offers a good connection directly to the train station and the city center.
Wir sind Joshi (26) und Noura (29), und momentan noch Johanna (27) und Max (27), die beiden ziehen jetzt aber aus. Wir quatschen häufig zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder es wird auch manchmal gemeinsam vegetarisch/vegan gekocht. Wir respektieren aber auch wenn man mal Zeit für sich braucht.
Wer also Bock auf eine coole Zeit in Göttingen hat und sich ein gemeinsames WG-Leben vorstellen kann, sollte sich unbedingt bei uns melden :)
We are Joshi (26) and Noura (29), and at the moment Johanna (27) and Max (27), but they are moving out now. We often chat together in the living room or sometimes cook vegetarian/vegan meals together. But we also respect each other when we need time to ourselves.

Das Wohnheim hat einige zusätzliche Features, wie zum Beispiel eine hauseigene Sauna und einen Partyraum. Die Gemeinschaftsräume der WG sind voll ausgestattet und es muss nichts mitgebracht werden. Wir verfügen über eine Spülmaschine, zum Waschen nutzen wir den gemeinsamen Waschkeller. Vor unserer Haustür ist eine kleine Sitzecke, welche morgens viel Sonne bietet. Das Internet wird vom Wohnheim gestellt und ist daher im Mietpreis inbegriffen, außerdem ist das Uni-Wlan auch verfügbar.
Das Einzugsdatum ist der 1. März, auf Absprache ginge aber auch ein paar Tage früher. Da zwei von uns zum 1. März ausziehen, haben wir noch eine weitere sehr ähnliche Anzeige, da könnte nach Absprache auch schon im Februar eingezogen werden.
There are a few additional features in the hall of residence, such as an in-house sauna and a party room. The common rooms in the shared flat are fully equipped and you don't need to bring anything with you. We have a dishwasher and use the shared laundry room for washing. There is a small seating area outside our front door, which gets plenty of sun in the morning. Internet is provided by the hall of residence and is therefore included in the rent, and the university Wi-Fi is also available.
The move-in date is March 1, but a few days earlier would be possible by arrangement. As two of us are moving out on March 1, we have another very similar ad, in this room you could move in as early as February by arrangement.
