I am happy to offer you my beautiful shared room now since I am moving to Berling for my next job. Located at Ginsterweg 9, very close to north-campus, It is a small beautiful room with an attic view and lots of natural light on the 4th floor of the building. Suitable for students and single working men/women, ofcourse with city registration.
I bought all the furniutres (a double size bed with mattress, working table and chair, cupboard, a fridge, storage racks, a TV/monitor, etc.) available in the room. Thus accepting the room offer means you also agree to pay the furnitures cost of 300€ (transfer cost). And threre is a depsit of 300€. There are 2 bus top just beside the apartment and well connected to the city centre through Bus no. 41, 42, 21, 22, 170. Supermarkets (Tegut, Aldi) are within walking distance.
I will be happy to know a little about yourself before we can arrange an appointment for a viewing. You can also write to me on WhatsApp for a quick response . You will be given preference if you can speak German (atleast B1) to communicate with the landlord in the future.
I am Mobarok Hossain from India. Nana, a PhD student in Physics from Ukraine. And Atif is also doing PhD at UMG. Me and Michael are leaving this flat for job shifting. We shared a great values and strong bonding with each other.
We clean our flat ourselves weekly one day with a maintaied shedule. I hope you will alos love to stay in a clean and hygenic environment.
We have washing machine and bike parking facility at the basement...which are free of cost.
