Hello!
I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my apartment as I am moving elsewhere for work.
The spacious, bright attic room is the perfect WG (shared living) space you've been searching for. It spans about 22 square meters and is nestled away from the rest of the apartment, accessed via a couple of stairs.
LOCATION:
Ideal for all types of users! Students from the north campus have a convenient 15-minute walk to the university (5 to 10 minutes with bicycles or electric scooters). There's a nearby bus stop servicing lines 32 and 34, connecting directly to the city center within 15 minutes, and line 180 to the main train station in just 20 minutes. Additionally, lines 33, 31, and 91 are easily accessible. Nearby amenities include Aldi, Tegut, DM, Subway, and Burger King, with EDEKA, REWE, and McDonald's also within reach.
FLATSHARE TYPE:
You'll be sharing the room with one male and female student (both 23). Our environment is friendly and trustworthy. We have a newly installed kitchen with an oven, a shared fridge, vacuum cleaner, and dishwasher. While we don't have a washing machine, there are three shared ones in the basement—just purchase coins for operation.
