Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 3 Zimmer. 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimme rmit Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zwar etwas entfernt von der Innenstadt aber perfekt angebunden. Insgesamt fahren 3 Linien sodass alle 10-15 Minuten ein Bus genau vor der Tür abfährt. Man ist in max. 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt/Uni. Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr ruhig und es leben insgesamt 3 Parteien im Haus.
Ich bin berufstätig und nur abends in der Wohnung, wo ich sehr gerne koche. Gerne dann in Zukunft gemeinsam. Auf dem Balkon kann man zudem bei dem Wetter (aber auch im Winter) gut grillen.
