Mein kleines aber feines Zimmer ist ab sofort frei. Man kriegt dort von Bett bis Schreibtisch alles notwendige unter. Falls doch nicht jedes Möbelstück ins Zimmer passt kann man noch auf den langen Flur ausweichen um Platz zu gewinnen, wo ich zum Beispiel eine Kommode platziert hatte. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenbereich hinaus, so dass man keine direkten Geräusche der Straße mitkriegt.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
My small but nice room is now free. From the bed to the desk, there is space for everything you need. If not every piece of furniture fits in the room, you can always use the long hallway to gain space, where I have placed a chest of drawers, for example. The windows face inwards, so you don't hear any direct noise from the street.
The room is without furniture.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Den Zentralcampus erreicht man zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad super schnell. Der Nordcampus ist mit dem Bus oder mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle, die in unmittelbarer Nähe ist, bringt einen auch sonst zu jedem anderen möglichen Ziel. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist ebefalls zu Fuß entspannt zu erreichen. Man muss nur aus der Tür und hat alles was man benötigt entspannt vor der Nase :)
The location couldn't be better. The central campus can be reached very quickly. The north campus is also easy to reach by bus or bike. The bus stop, which is in the immediate vicinity, will take you to any other possible destination. Various shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. The train station can also be reached on foot. You just have to walk out the door and everything you need is right in front of you :)
Die Wohnung hat neben dem schönen neuen Badezimmer noch eine weitere Toilette. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine, was ein toller Bonus ist.
Das Haus bietet ebenfalls einen Fahrradkeller, so dass man sein Rad wettergeschützt und sicher abstellen kann.
Die Nebenkosten sowie die Kaution müssten zum Mieterwechsel noch einmal mit dem Vermieter besprochen werden.
Das Zimmer ist bereits frei, das Einzugsdatum ist daher flexibel.
Besides the nice bathroom there is a second toilet. The kitches has a dish washer as well.
The house also has a bicycle cellar so that you can store your bike safely and protected from the weather.
The additional costs and the deposit would have to be discussed again with the landlord when the tenant changes.
The room is already free now, so the time to move in is flexible.
