Dein Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoß, mit eigenem Bad, und hat ein Fenster Richtung Osten und eins Richtung Süden, beide in den Garten : ). Der Boden ist gefließt, mit Fußbodenheizung. Supergerne kannst Du Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch möbliert haben. In der Küche ist ein gemeinsamer Kühlschrank, bei Bedarf kannst Du einen eigenen in den Haushaltsraum stellen.
Your room is on the ground floor, with cosy underfloor heating, two windows, facing east for morning sun and south, both into the garden. The gound level bathroom is yours. If preferred, you can rent the room with a bed, wardrobe and a desk. The kitchen provides a shared fridge, if you want, you can put your own one in the adjacent utility room.
Die Lage ist wunderschön, abends geht die Sonne über dem Ampermoor unter, zur Badestelle sind es zwei Minuten. Mit dem Auto sind es 5 min nach Inning/zum Ammersee, mit dem Fahrrad 10. Zur S-Bahn sind es auch 10min mit dem Fahrrad (wir haben es gestoppt!) zum Bahnhof (S4 und S20 halten hier), zur Bushaltestelle eine Minute. Auch in Weßling Oberpfaffenhofen zum Beispiel ist man in circa 15min mit dem Auto über die Autobahn.
The house is beautifully situated close to the Amper where you can swim, and the sunset over the moor is often spectacular. You are at Grafrath station (S4 and S20) withiin 10 min (by bike, or you take the bus), in Inning within 5min (by car, or 10 by bike), and in Weßling Oberpfaffenhofen by 15min.
Wenn Dir das Angebot gefällt, komm vorbei (auch virtuell wenn von weit her und wir finden zusammen heraus, ob aus uns eine WG werden kann... Bei uns wird viel gekocht, gespielt und diskutiert, z.B. über Politik, und einige von uns (als fast alle) wollen unbedingt die nächsten Wednesday Folgen sehen, sobald sie endlich auf Netflix laufen. Insgesamt sind wir alle eher sportlich, weit gereist, LGBTIQ+ offen und freuen uns Dich kennenzulernen!
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Klavier, wir könnten sogar eine WG Band gründen (Klavier, Percussion, Stimme und Gitarre haben wir schon)

We love to cook, play games, discuss politics, and some of us (well most actually) are intending to watch the next Wednesday series as soon as it´s on (Netflix). Falls Du einen Hund hast - und er sich mit dem Hund der Vermieterin verträgt, die um die Ecke wohnt, seid Ihr auch zusammen sehr willkommen - gegen Katze gibts leider eine Allergie.

In case you are living with a dog - you are both very welcome (as long as it is friendly with the owner´s dog, who lives around the corner). Unfotunately one of us has an allergy against cats.
