Da mir meine Wohnung für mich allein doch zu groß ist, suche ich nun einen Mitbewohner. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat direkten Zugang zu dem umgebenden Balkon und ist nach Westen ausgerichtet.
Ein Bett ist vorhanden, ein Schrank müsstest du selbst organisieren.
Aldi und Edeka sind in 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach Garmisch sind es über den Radweg 3km. Das Wohnhaus besteht aus 10 Wohnungen und ist nördlich von Hammersbach. Parkplätze gibt es für die Anwohner nicht genügend, Parken ist aber meistens auf der Straße möglich.
Ich bin Patrick, bald 32 Jahre alt und arbeite im Spätdienst im Hotel. In meiner Freizeit bin ich ziemlich sportlich unterwegs und oft in den Bergen anzutreffen.
Couch und Esstisch ist in meinem Zimmer vorhanden und kann gerne zusammen oder in meiner Abwesenheit benutzt werden.
