Hallo,
Sven und Martin haben dieses tolle Haus miiten Wald gekauft und wollen es als Wochenend- und Ferien- Wg nutzen. Wir suchen also Mitstreiter die mit uns dieses unglaublich schöne Haus nutzen wollen. Wenn ihr dort dauerhaft wohnen wollt, ist das aber auch kein Problem, sondern im Gegenteil es würde uns sogar sehr freuen.
Wir haben 5 unterschiedliche Zimmer zur Verfügung, die alle ein bisschen unterschiedlich kosten.
Auch würden wir gerne, dass Haus noch ein bisschen umbauen am liebsten mit eurer Hilfe und euren Ideen, aber unserem Geld.

Das Haus liegt mitten im Wald, ist aber von Berlin in einer guten 1 1/4 h zu erreichen. Mit dem Zug und Fahrrad ist man in einer knappen 1 1/2 h am Hauptbahnhof in Berlin. Der nächste Nachbar ist aber 3 km entfernt, so dass wir wirklich für uns sind.
Das wird sich noch zeigen, wir wollen aber eine wirklich schöne Gemeinschaft.
