Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Prinzipiell kann das Zimmer auch für kürzere Zeiträume vermietet werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Universität Graz. Diese ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Weiters befindet sich die Haltestelle der Linie 39 direkt ums Eck. Auch die Linien 41, 58 und 63 sind in ungefähr 10 Minuten erreichbar. Billa und Spar befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The flat is close to the University of Graz. By foot, you can reach it in 10 minutes. Bus stops are close by as well, as are two supermarkets.
Du wirst dir die WG mit Laetitia ("LaeLae") und Mathias teilen. LaeLae studiert Design an der FH und kommt ursprünglich aus Paris.
Mathias versucht sein Physikkstudium abzuschließen, arbeitet mittlerweile aber schon Vollzeit.
Für ein Pläuschchen sind beide fast immer zu haben und gerne kann auch zusammen etwas unternommen werden.
