Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Universität und ist im 19. Stock im höchsten Gebäude, die Aussicht ist die beste in Graz, in deinem Zimmer geht die Sonne auf und man kann jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen und sie hat 3 Balkone und ist ca 104m² groß.
Vermiete sie für die Monate Januar und Februar, 370€ pro Monat super Preis für die Lage und Größe 104m² mit der Aussicht.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch Zugang zum Rooftop, von der Terrasse kann man die ganze Stadt sehen 360° und sie ist super zum Grillen, Sport machen ,morgens Yoga machen oder einfach den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Die Wohnung vermiete ich für die 2 Monate da ich ein Erasmussemester mache und in Frankreich bin.
Es gibt in der Wohnung Alles was man zum Leben brauch, Waschmaschine im Keller sowie Trockner, Spülmaschine, Kaffevollautomat, Yogamatten, eine Schlafcouch, einen großen Esstisch im Wohnzimmer und vieles mehr.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Anderes kann ich auch zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Wohnung ist eine Studentenwohnung. Mein Mitbewohner wird ca die Häfte der Zeit da sein, er ist 2 Wochen auf Urlaub und 2 Wochen macht er ein Praktikum, da hast du dann die ganze Wohnung für dich. Er ist lieb und freundlich, kann dir helfen wenn du was brauchst und jemand mit dem man viel unternehmen kann, wenn du magst.

Its 370€ per month and 260€ caution.
Its a very nice appartment, its 104m2 big and has 3 balconys, a very nice living room and the best view in whole Graz. Its in the biggest building in Graz and you also have acces to the rooftop, perfect for watching the sunset, having a barbecue or just doing some yoga in the morning.
Its a student flat, my flatmate will be there half the time, he is on holidays for 2 weeks and does a practica for another 2 weeks, he is very friendly and can help you out if you need something.
The appartment has everything you need for living, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffemachine, sleepingcouch and a lot more !

Das Haus liegt direkt neben der Zinzendorfgasse, der Studentenstraße mit unzähligen Cafes, Restaurants und Alles was man braucht.
Supermarkt, Busanbindung zum Hauptbahnhof oder Straßenbahn ist alles in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mein Mitbewohnernur zur häfte da sein, deswegen habe ich es als ganze Wohnung reingestellt.
