Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer tollen WG, die nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz (Linie 1,4,6 und 7 + alle busse die vom Griesplatz fahren) entfernt liegt. Ideal für alle, die zentral wohnen möchten!
Aktuell wohnen hier drei Frauen und ein Mann, die alle in einem entspannten und harmonischen Miteinander leben – einige sind noch im Studium, andere arbeiten bereits. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und respektvoll, und es gibt immer wieder gemeinsame Aktivitäten, aber auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und bis März frei.

I’m looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 28 m² room in a shared apartment at Südtirolerplatz. The room is located in a great shared flat, just a 2-minute walk from public transport (lines 1, 4, 6, and 7, as well as all buses from Griesplatz). Perfect for anyone who wants to live centrally!
Currently, there are three women and one man living here, all of whom share a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere – some are still studying, while others are already working. The environment is friendly and respectful, with occasional shared activities, but also plenty of opportunities for privacy.
**The room offers:**
- 28 m² of space to feel at home
- 2 large windows for plenty of natural light
- Central location right at Südtirolerplatz, only 2 minutes or 7 minutes by foot to the nearest public transport options
