Nach 3 Jahren in Graz ziehe ich aus meiner WG aus. Darum suchen Nata (sie wird in der Wohnung bleiben) eine/n Nachfolger/in ab Juli. Am besten für langfristig aber eine Zwischenmiete ist auch möglich.
Nata kommt aus Georgien, studiert Architektur im Master, ist sehr kreativ und begeistert sich für Kunst. Sie sucht nach einem/einer humorvollen, entspannten Optimisten/in mit dem/der man sich gerne bei einen Kaffee oder Wein auf dem Dach austauscht.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum direkt gegenüber der TU/Alte Technik und 5 min entfernt vom Kaiser Josef Platz. Supermärkte, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Apotheken und alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß in 3 min erreichbar. Ansonsten ist alles mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür.

After 3 years in Graz, I am moving out of my shared flat. Therefore, Nata (she will stay in the flat) is looking for a new flatmate from July on. Preferably long term but short term is also possible.
Nata comes from Georgia, is studying architecture in her master's degree and is very creative and enthusiastic about art. She is looking for a humorous, relaxed optimist with whom one can enjoy a coffee or wine on the roof.
The flat is located in the city centre directly opposite the TU/Alte Technik and 5 minutes away from Kaiser Josef Platz. Supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and everything you need is within 3 minutes walking distance. Otherwise, everything can be reached by bike and the tram stops right in front of the door.
