From the beginning of February a room in our shared flat will be available. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without lift. The room is about 17m2 big and situated southwards, which means there is always a lot of sunlight.
📍The apartment is situated in Katzianergasse, in a lovely and safe neighborhood close to Herz-Jesu-Kirche, as you can see in the pictures.
You are also well connected to the public transport and everything you need
- 6 minutes walking distance to Dietrichsteinplatz.
- Tram Line 3 leaves right around the corner and connect to Dietrichsteinplatz Jakominiplatz and Hauptplatz
- 3 minutes walking distance to the supermarkets (billa, spar) and the bank
- 5 min walking distance to the technical universities and the art university; 10 min to the Karl-Franzens-Universität
