Suche eine Nachmieterin für ein Zimmer in meiner WG ab sofort, Nähe neue Technik.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer, wovon eines das Wohnzimmer ist, und zwei andere Zimmer bereits vermietet sind. Das freie Zimmer hat 13qm und die monatliche Miete beträgt 380€.
Im Zimmer befinden sich ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank (Stecksystem mit an der Wand montierten Schienen), und ein Doppelbett. Das Bett kann aber muss nicht übernommen werden, und den "Kleiderschrank" kann man auch einfach als Regal verwenden, oder die Regalböden komplett entfernen, und ein Bett in die Nische stellen.
Die Wohnung ist im 7. Stock, mit Balkon, Bad und WC getrennt, Parkplatz, Radkeller, und 3 min von der nächsten Strassenbahnhaltestelle entfernt.
Am oberen Ende des Münzgrabengütels, welcher (für Autos) eine Sackgasse ist, d.h. kein Verkehrslärm.
3 min. zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle 'Münzgrabenkirche' der Straßenbahn Nr. 6.
Supermärkte Spar und Billa in 5 bzw. 6 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Wohnung wohnen Marie und Kaja.
Es soll keine reine Zweck-WG sein, aber auch kein ständiges Aufeinander-Hocken :)
Einrichtung kann übernommen werden, muss aber nicht :)
