Zwischenmieter:in für 3er WG möbliertes Altbauzimmer

Hallo! Ich bin die Lily und suche nach einem/r Zwiscehnmieter/in im Juli bis September für mein Zimmer (18m^2), weil ich wieder zuhause in den USA werde. *English version below*
• Für nur €295 im Monat alles inklusive (Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Internet)
• Es wird frei von 15. Juli bis am spätestens 15. September. Falls dir ein kürzerer Zeitraum lieber ist (bsp. nur August)
können wir natürlich reden über die genauen Ein- und Auszugszeiten, da bin ich flexibel
• Es wird vollmöbiliert vergeben, ohne Ablöse natürlich :)

Mein Zimmer ist sehr hell und ruhig mit Holzboden und eine grosse Raumhöhe und bietet:
• Ein riesiges Fenster, dadurch sie die Morgensonne genießen können
• Ein tolles Sofa (siehe Fotos), auf dem ein/e Besucher/in ganz easy übernachten könnte.
• Es wäre super toll, wenn Sie sich bitte gut um meine Pflanzenfamilie kümmern können und müssen nicht einen grüner Daumen haben :)

Unsere WG ist sehr geräumig und befindet sich in der Steyrergasse im Erdgeschoss und bietet:
• eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen wichtigen Geräten und Geschirrspüler
• Bad mit Waschmaschine und getrennte WC
• ein großer Flur
• Ein wünderschönen und ganz ruhigen Balkon mit einem Gartenblick, wobei Sie noch nicht ihre Mahlzeiten genießen können aber auch mit Freundin tratschen (oder rauchen) können.

Diese WG liegt in eine ideale Lage:
• quasi vor der Haustür liegt die Bimlinie 6 (Haltestelle Neue Technik).
• Mit der Bim ist man in 10 min am Hauptplatz oder Hauptbahnhof aber könnte auch zu fuß
• Jakomini 10 min Gehminuten
• Neue Technik (TU) 3 Gehminuten
• Alte Technik (TU) 10 Gehminuten
• Billa/Spar sind 6 Gehminuten entfernt
• Fahrradabstellplatz direkt vor der Tür

Unsere WG leben ist unkompliziert, entspannt, und jeder hat seine eigener Rhythmus und Ruhe, aber wir tratschen zusammen sehr gern in der Küche und die beiden sind ganz offen, neue Leute kennenzulernen ebenso für eine kurze Zeit.
• David (28) arbeitet Vollzeit / studiert Arkitektur und kommt aus der Steiermark. Er ist oft unterwegs, reist sehr gern, und schaut sein Lieblings FC—Sturm Graz.
• Joshua (23) kommt aus Amerika, arbeitet als Englisch Sprachassistent, und ist so spontan, sportlich, inklusive, und begeistert sich immer zum Abenteuer und neue Leute kennenzulernen und zu eingeladen.
• Sie können beide Deutsch oder Englisch.

Hi! I’m Lily and I’m looking for a subletter from middle of July until September for my room (18m^2) because I’ll be back home in the US! Apartment details are below:
• Cost in total including all energy/wifi/etc. is €295. The months of July and September can be pro-rated
• The room is available from July 15th until at latest, September 15th. We can discuss the exact move in and move out dates of course as I am flexible and if a shorter period also makes sense (e.g. only August), we can make that work.
• I am leaving all my furniture for you at no cost :)

My room is very bright calm with a wooden floor and very high ceilings and offers:
• A huge window where you can enjoy the morning sun
• A couch that also can be made into a large full-size bed (see photos) and makes it easy to host visitors
• It would be super if you could take care of my plant family! You don’t need a green thumb and they are pretty low-maintenance

Our WG is very spacious for just three people and is on Steyrergasse in the ground floor. It offers:
• A fully equipped kitchen with every device you need (microwave, oven, toaster oven, mixer, baking stuff etc.) + a dishwasher
• A shower room with a washing machine and separate toilet
• A spacious corridor
• A beautiful and very peaceful balcony facing our building’s garden where you can enjoy your meals and also chat with friends or smoke if you like.

The WG is in an ideal spot:
• The streetcar line 6 is pretty much right in front of our door (stop is Neue Technik)
• With line 6 you can be at the Hauptbahhof in around 10 minutes
• Jakominiplatz is 10 minutes away by foot
• Billa/Spar are 6 minutes away by foot
• Space for your bike right outside the door

Our WG vibe is very uncomplicated, relaxed, and we are super independent and have our own daily routines but are always happy to chat when in the kitchen and both of the roommates staying for the summer are extremely open and always down to meet new people even for this short time.
• David (28) works full time / studys architecture and is from Styria! He is often gone whether travelling or home or at football games and is a devoted fan to his club, FC Sturm.
• Joshua (23) is from the USA as well and works as an English Speaking Assistant. He is so spontaneous, extremely active whether climbing or running or frisbee, and very inclusive where he will always invite you on adventures if you’d like!
• They can both speak English and German fluently
